Intellectual Property in Dædalus

The Spring 2002 issue of Dædalus, the Journal of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, contains eleven articles on the current state of intellectual property law. Four of these articles are available online in the PDF version. There's nothing specifically about font piracy, but other forms of digital piracy (mainly MP3 piracy's turn-of-the-century sheet music equivalent) are discussed in detail; type designers and users may find this issue helpful in broadening their understanding of intellectual property concerns.

The magazine is set in Sumner Stone's Cycles.
