Munyonzwe Hamalengwa Misspells a Word!

It could be worse. I own books where the author’s name is mispelled on the cover and the is misspelled on Page 1.

How Are We Gonna Win This One is not a polished work. It is sometimes eccentric, self-regarding, rough and rambling. It contains some memorable malapropisms and has the dubious distinction of being one of the few books ever published that sports a prominent typographical error in its subtitle: Doing Time For Clayton C. Ruby, Criminal Lawyer Extradinaire.

One of my other favorites is the classic "Defying Graviity" on the spine of a book about the much missed Apple Newton.

Uncorrected on both the hardcover and paperback editions. *sigh* There's nothing quite like good editing...

Gerrit Noordzij's name is mispelled on the spine of his recent Letterletter book.
