Prokyon looks smashing at Tom, a weblog for gay Italians.
“check out the site for one of the very first public appearances of DTL Prokyon, of which I am a proud (and much, much poorer!) licence owner.” — Paolo Colonna at Typophile
Sexy language it is indeed. And though I personaly cared little for DTL Prokyon, I do agree with Stephen that it is tastefully used to great effect on the weblog.

Thank you guys! This is completely unexpected. I never dreamed of a posting about our little blog here on Typographica. You just made an Italian graphic designer very, very happy. Indeed, Tom is receiving a lot of attention from the gay community here in Italy. And I am particularly happy to be able to use DTL Prokyon, which is truly a typeface of remarkable quality. Also, a big due thank you to: Mr. Frank Blokland and Mrs. Noortje Blokland at DTL for their kindness; but most of all, to Hrant, Stephen, Tiffany and especially Kent for their great advice and suggestions at the Typophile Forums.
Grazie a tutti.
Ciao
It probably isn't, but it sounds wicked kewl when it's surrounded by Italian. When I see new words popping up everywhere, used by people who dare to be creative with language and don't feel restricted by its "normal" use, I feel relieved. No sign of Newspeak yet, though we're 19 years past 1984. ;)
