Found Type Moving

It's obvious that many of us typesters like to uncover quaint examples of lettering in everyday use. We like it live and raw in the street. But how many of us would put it to music? Check out this intriguing, smack-edited QuickTime flick entitled "Timmy and Tammy" by Crystal Understanding. This glitchsynth music video was apparently featured at this year's Chicago Underground Film Festival, but I'll be darned if I can find it mentioned anywhere. As far as I can decipher, it was produced by Jesse Alexander of the Brooklyn-based Overtime and Understand, who serve up several more tasty type experiments on their site. Of particular note, the Yard Sale Show and Jello Competition projects.

Glitchsynth?

As in glitchy, sporadic synthesizer-based pop muzik. That's what I meant.
