Typographica is Two

Written by Typographica on May 1, 2004

It’s our second birthday today. Cheers to Joshua for bringing this little fonty soapbox to life on May 1, 2002.

Year three will bring a redesign and some new harder core content, including interviews with our type design idols, software reviews, and in-depth typography tutorials. Our door is still open to new contributors: please drop a line if you’d like to join us.

  1. popovich says:

Happy birthday! Many thanks for quality content and 5-minutes-morning-browse-through. :)

    Best wishes from Frankfurt,

  2. ¡¡CONGRATULATIONS GUYS!! For your 2nd anniversary and of course for your contents and your efforts to maintain us informed about the stuff we love so much.

Best wishes. I hope to read Tipographica many years.

    Greetings from Spain.

  3. Congratulations! I’m proud to be associated with Typographica (I’m conducting one of the interviews) and looking forward to seeing all the new stuff.

  4. Troubleman says:

Hey Mark, what a pleasant surprise! I did one too, but it took me so long I don’t know if Stewf’ll have me for another one. :-D We’ll see…

  5. Sam Potts says:

Congratulations to the wizards behind the curtain. I look at typographica.org just about every day. Thanks for the great site.

  6. Hrant says:

    Happy Birthday!
“Terrible twos” coming up? I certainly hope so! :-)

  7. If a blog of the typographic persuasion is even vaguely similar to a child, then based on my experience, the twos are *not* the period of growth and awareness we need to worry about. The twos were not terrible, the threes on the other hand…

    Spiffy loads of congrats, nevertheless.

  8. Happy Birthday, Typographica..
